The Guild provides an insight into contemporary Glass Engraving. It aims to promote the highest standards of glass engraving.The website contains techniques, a gallery of members engraved glass, where to see it and where to learn to engrave.

After a pre-diploma art course, studied lettering, calligraphy and illuminating under William Gardner, and typography at the London College of Printing. Elected Associate Fellow, Guild of Glass Engravers in 1983. Winner of the Christopher Russell Lettering Prize at the Cork Street Exhibition, London 2000. Now works to commission and tutors on calligraphy and lettering on glass.

Glass panels in St Andrew’s Church, Oxford; memorial window in Marsh Baldon Church; millennium window in the Church of Holy Rood, Shilton. Many commemorative goblets, decanters, bowls and crests for schools and Oxford colleges.
